China Mobile Guiyang Data Center project (Phase III) in Gui'an New Area, Guizhou, has been delivered and accepted recently. Envicool data center temperature and humidity control solution has been deployed in this project to ensure stable climate conditions within the data center, and significantly improve both  computing efficiency and energy efficiency of network infrastructure.

Envicool data center temperature and humidity control solution, utilizing the CyberMate series of inverter air conditioners specifically designed for server rooms, provides dynamic cooling for more uniform indoor temperatures and DC inverter technology to reduce air conditioner energy consumption. This solution incorporates a high return air temperature design, increasing energy efficiency by 20% to 30%. By employing intelligent group control and energy efficiency management technology, it dynamically adjusts cooling capacity to meet the specific needs of the server room, ensuring comprehensive energy savings.

To avoid the energy consumption associated with centralized humidification, this solution incorporates Envicool data center energy-saving humidity control technology,  which utilizes the HumidMate series of dedicated humidity control equipment. The HumidMate humidistat integrates dehumidification, humidification, and air purification functions. By combining refrigeration dehumidification with wet film humidification, the HumidMate humidistat achieves high energy efficiency and stable performance. Compared to electrode humidification, its wet film humidification reduces power consumption by over 90%.

Envicool has upgraded and enhanced its existing humidistat product line, introducing the latest generation HumidMate Series. The HumidMate humidistat features a full inverter design, resulting in superior humidity control stability and a 15% energy saving compared to traditional humidistats. Its low evaporation temperature design enables low-energy humidity control in intelligent computing environments with high return air design. This includes scenarios utilizing XFlex indirect evaporative cooling, XMint evaporative cooling composite multi-connection solutions, and Coolinside full-chain liquid cooling solutions within the main server room. 

For enhanced safety, the solution incorporates five layers of water leakage protection, coil freeze protection, and a non-condensation design at the air outlet to prevent water blowing, ensuring reliable and secure equipment operation.  

The solution's intelligent control features utilize group management technology to automatically adjust the number of operating air conditioners based on server room humidity load changes. This prevents multiple air conditioners within the same room from operating in opposing states, optimizing energy efficiency in the data center.
